You'll jump on a call with Alysha to walk through your goals, your history, any injuries or niggles, and what's held you back so far.

Together you'll map out a plan that's built for you. And get matched with the coach best suited to you and where you want to go.

Step 2 - Your Personalised Setup


Your coach builds your training and nutrition around your life, your body, and your goals. Your

1+ hour nutrition session gets your eating dialled in.

Everything's ready before you start — no guessing, no generic templates.

Step 3 - 10 Weeks Of Coaching

Weekly 1:1 coaching check-ins, video feedback on your technique, and 24/7 support from your coach and the whole FGC team.

We adjust as you go, keep you accountable, and make sure you're actually moving forward — not just following a plan and hoping for the best.

Access to all FGC resources - our app, movement library, education workshops and tools. You will never be wondering what to do or why.

Step 4 - Set Up For Life

What is Feel Good Collective?

We're a coaching business & gym on Sydney's North Shore. We have been in business since 2022.

Our founders Alysha & Kyle have worked in fitness industry for over a decade having countless conversations with people about why they feel unhealthy, unhappy, and lost.

Since they discovered that so many people are held back by the same problems, they started FGC & hired coaches that share their values!

We have never wanted to just be online coaches, or just face to face coaches - or do this to make a quick $.

We have built the brand, and systems behind FGC with intent. Post our gym launch early this year we are finally ready to support more people from anywhere in the world with our online coaching systems!

What is FGC online coaching?

It's personalised coaching delivered remotely, anywhere in Australia. You get a training program built for you, nutrition guidance that fits your actual life, regular check-ins, and direct access to a real coach. It's the same coaching standard we hold in our Sydney gym, just run online.

Who is it for?

People who want proper coaching, not a generic app or a PDF they'll abandon in three weeks. Whether you're starting from scratch, coming back after a long break, or already training and want to do it better, we meet you where you are. It's built especially for people who've never felt like the gym or any online coaching program was made for them, and it works just as well for anyone serious about training smarter.

I'm not in Sydney. Does this actually work from anywhere?

Yes. That's the whole point of the online program. Everything runs through your phone: your program, your check-ins, your messaging with your coach. You can be in regional Queensland or inner-city Melbourne and get the same coaching.

Who actually coaches me?

A qualified FGC coach, not a chatbot and not a faceless brand. Your nutrition is overseen by a qualified sports nutritionist. You'll know your coach by name, and they'll know you, your history, your goals, and what's going on in your week.

How do check-in calls work?

You'll have scheduled video check-in calls with your coach. These are where we review how training's going, adjust your program, talk through nutrition, and problem-solve anything getting in your way. They're a conversation, not a lecture.

How often will I hear from my coach?

Beyond your check-in calls, you'll have regular written check-ins and direct messaging access between sessions. You're not left to figure it out alone. If something comes up mid-week, you can ask.

Is the program actually built for me, or is it a template?

Built for you. We program around your goals, your experience, your equipment, your schedule, and any injuries or limitations. Nothing here is copy-pasted. If your program looks identical to someone else's, we've failed.

What app do you use?

Your training program, exercise demos, tracking, and messaging all live in one coaching app. It's straightforward to use even if you've never tracked a workout in your life. We'll walk you through setup.

Do I need a full gym, or can I train at home?

We program for what you've got. Full commercial gym, garage setup, or minimal equipment at home, we build the plan around your access. You tell us what you're working with and we make it work.

How does the nutrition side work?

Nutrition with us is about fuelling your training and your life, not punishing yourself or shrinking. We build a sustainable approach around your real routine: your schedule, your preferences, what you'll actually stick to. It's overseen by a qualified nutritionist and designed for the long game, not a six-week crash.

Will I get a meal plan or macros?

We give you structure and guidance that fits how you actually eat, not a rigid meal plan that ignores your life and falls apart by Wednesday. Depending on your goals, that might include targets, frameworks, or habit-based coaching. The aim is a way of eating you can hold onto for years, not white-knuckle for a month.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

You're exactly who we love working with. Everything is taught and scaled to your level, with video demos for every exercise and a coach who answers your questions without making you feel stupid. You don't need to "get fit before you start." You start, and we coach you.

What if I'm already experienced?

Then we challenge you properly. Our coaching blends strength and conditioning with smart progression, and our coaches are constantly learning their craft. Experienced lifters tend to be surprised by how much better they move and feel when the programming actually fits them.

How is this different from a cheap online program or a fitness app?

A program gives you exercises. Coaching gives you someone who watches your progress, adjusts in real time, holds you accountable, and actually cares whether it's working. Apps are built to scale. We're built to coach. Not many coaches are actually coaching - That's a different thing entirely.

What results can I expect?

Results that show up in your life: getting stronger, moving better, having more energy, building a routine that finally sticks, and feeling at home in your body. We coach for how you feel and function day to day, not for a number on a scale or a before-and-after photo. The lifestyle change is the result.

How do I get started?
